Overview: Fish collagen is a Type I collagen that helps maintain the strength and flexibility of skin, ligaments, joints, bones, muscles, tendons, blood vessels, gums, eyes, nails, and hair.
It is rice in glycine which helps the body to produce its own collagen, block endotoxins and transport nutrients to the cells to be utilized for energy. It is also rich in proline, a compound that acts as an antioxidant, prevents free radical damage, and stimulates collagen synthesis in the body.
